Delegates Pushkin, Fluharty, Robinson, Summers, and Sobonya moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 3, line 7, by removing the period inserting a colon and the following:

“Provided however, That moneys derived from a legal action against a pharmaceutical wholesaler, manufacturer and distributor involving an opioid product shall be deposited into the “Ryan Brown Addiction Prevention and Recovery Fund” as created in section two, article fifty-three, chapter sixteen of this code.”
